Match Results:
Hard luck to our U21 team who missed lost out in a tough match versus Killoe in the U21 A Championship on Sunday in Fr. McGee Park with a score line of 0-10 to 3-11.
Upcoming Fixtures:
The very best of luck to our U21 team as they play the third round of the U21 A Championship this Sunday! The lads will clash with St. Mary’s Granard on Sunday at 2 pm in Higginstown. Wishing the team and management all the best!
50/50 Draw:
Our 50/50 Draw took place last Monday, the 4th in Murtagh’s Bar. We want to thank everyone who participated in the draw. Congratulations to Bernie Hudson, the lucky winner of our €1,650 jackpot. You can enter the 50/50 draw by purchasing envelopes at any local shop or pub or by entering online. The link can be found on any of our social media platforms.
Club News:
On behalf of Colmcille GFC, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to Saoirse and Donnacha Collins for their fantastic performance in the Scór na nÓg last Saturday in Abbeylara. You both were absolutely brilliant, and the club is incredibly proud to have had such talented representatives. It’s wonderful to see Colmcille being showcased in Scór, and we hope to have even more participants taking part next year. Well done, Saoirse and Donnacha!

Best of luck to Leebeen on their annual Quiz Night fundraiser! It returns next Friday, November 15th at 8:30 PM in Murtagh’s, Aughnacliffe. This event is always a great night out, and we encourage everyone to come along and support the cause. Gather your teams, sharpen your minds, and get ready for a fun evening. Looking forward to a fantastic turnout and a successful night for Leebeen!
Well done to our Minor Ladies who secured a great win against Rathcline over the weekend to reach the Minor B Championship Final! Details of the final are yet to be confirmed, but we want to wish the girls and management the very best of luck as they prepare. Keep up the fantastic work!
